Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login” from the dropdown menu. Or start shopping, and when you are ready to checkout, you will be directed to the Sign In page. If you are a new customer to the site, click on the "Register" link located at the bottom of the Sign In page. Fill in all the information, click “Save” and you are ready to shop. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password. If you ever need to update the information in your account profile, sign into your account, use the menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the store and click on "My Account” Make changes to your profile and click the “Save” button. The information in your profile will automatically populate the required fields in your shopping cart each time you shop.
This saves your user profile in the database and allows you to check the status of your orders and view your order history. It also saves you from having to re-enter this information when you return to do more shopping. This feature is common on most e-commerce sites. Your credit card information is never saved.
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
• Proceed to check out
• Continue shopping
• Remove items
If you have forgotten your password, click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login” from the dropdown menu. At the Secure Sign In Page, click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address to have a password reset email sent to you.
Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Store Orders” from the dropdown menu. Locate the order you want to check and click on the Order ID to view the order. The system will email you when your order ships with a tracking number as long as you have entered a valid email address. All inventory items can be returned within 30 days if they are new and unused and in their original packaging. For inventory returns, please include a copy of the packing slip (if you still have it), your name and contact information and instructions on whether you want a credit or exchange for a like item in another size.
