This saves your user profile in the database and allows you to check the status of your orders and view your order history. It also saves you from having to re-enter this information when you return to do more shopping. This feature is common on most e-commerce sites. Your credit card information is never saved.
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
• Proceed to check out
• Continue shopping
• Remove items
You can always get back to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
Once you have selected your items, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your address and other information needed to complete your purchase. When you get to the section for Payment Amount Breakdown, enter the number of points you wish to use towards your order. You can use as many points as you have available to pay for your purchase. Any remaining amounts can be paid for using your personal credit card.
Swag Points expire after two years, so please use your points before they expire!
If you have forgotten your password, click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login/Logout” from the dropdown menu. At the Secure Sign-In Page, click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address to have a password reset email sent to you.
Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. Locate the order you want to check and click on the Order ID to view the order. The system will email you when your order ships with a tracking number as long as you have entered a valid email address. Items can be returned within 30 days if they are new and unused and
in their original packaging.
For returns, please include a copy of the packing slip (if you still have
it), your name and contact information and instructions on whether you want a
credit or exchange for a like item in another size. The return address is:

ITEMS IN THE SWAG CATEGORY: Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Any orders after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please contact Customer Care if you need something sooner.
ITEMS IN THE PROMO CATEGORY: Orders will ship approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the close of the Promo date listed in the product description.
EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE THE US: Please allow an extra week for shipping and customs clearance.
