Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login” from the dropdown menu. Or start shopping, and when you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the Sign In page. If you are a new customer to the site, click on the "Register" link located at the bottom of the Sign In page. Fill in all the information, click “Save,” and you are ready to shop.
If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password. If you ever need to update the information in your account profile, sign into your account, use the menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the store and click on "My Profile.” Make changes to your profile and click the “Save” button. The information in your profile will automatically populate the required fields in your shopping cart each time you shop.
This saves your user profile in the database and allows you to check the status of your orders and view your order history. It also saves you from having to re-enter this information when you return to do more shopping. This feature is common on most e-commerce sites. Your credit card information is never saved.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Login” from the dropdown menu. Once on the Sign In page click the “Forgot My Password?” link. Enter your email address and an email with further instructions will be sent to you.
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
• Proceed to check out
• Continue shopping
• Remove items
You can always get back to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the store and select “Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. The system will email you when your order ships with a tracking number as long as you have entered a valid email address. All inventory items can be returned within 30 days if they are new and unused and in their original packaging. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS cannot be returned because they are produced especially for you. These items are noted with a 2-3 week lead time and state Custom Item - No Returns in the description.
For inventory returns, please include a copy of the packing slip (if you still have it), your name and contact information and instructions on whether you want a credit or exchange for a like item in another size. The return address is:

All inventory items are fulfilled and shipped from Sterling Heights, MI. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are shipped directly from the manufacture and takes anywhere from 1-7 business days after production.
For inventory items, orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Any orders after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day. For SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, orders will take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please contact Customer Service if you need something sooner.
Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to a P.O. Box.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary
widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Additionally, when ordering merchandise,
